Digital product purchases
The Brand Rate Creator Pricing Kit is a personalised digital product generated from the creator profile and pricing result associated with the purchase. Because digital access may be made available after successful payment verification, purchases are generally not cancellable or refundable once access to the paid kit has been successfully provided, except where required by applicable law.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, access is not intentionally granted as a completed purchase. If your bank or payment method shows a debit for a failed transaction, the payment provider or banking system may automatically reverse or refund the amount according to its processing timelines.
Duplicate or incorrect charges
If you believe you were charged more than once for the same purchase, or the charged amount is incorrect, contact us with the email used for purchase and the relevant payment reference. We will review the transaction records and, where a duplicate or erroneous charge is confirmed, arrange the appropriate resolution.
Paid but no access
If payment is successful but your Creator Pricing Kit does not unlock or your access link does not work, contact us. We will first attempt to restore or provide the purchased digital access. If we cannot provide the purchased product after reviewing the issue, we will assess the transaction for an appropriate refund or other remedy.
How to request support
Email adrijachoudhury25@gmail.com with your purchase email, payment reference if available, and a short description of the issue. Please do not email card numbers, UPI PINs, passwords or banking credentials.
Processing time
Approved refunds, where applicable, are returned through the relevant payment process and may take additional time to appear depending on the payment provider and financial institution.
