Information we collect

When you use the free calculator, you may provide creator-profile inputs such as platform, audience market, niche, follower or subscriber count, average views or reach, engagement rate and sponsored content type. When you purchase a Creator Pricing Kit, we also collect the email address you provide for purchase access and technical purchase records needed to create and verify access.

Payments

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, including Razorpay for supported India payments and PayPal for supported international payments. Brand Rate does not directly collect or store your full card number, UPI credentials or banking credentials. Payment providers process payment information under their own privacy practices.

How we use information

We use information to calculate pricing estimates, generate and deliver Creator Pricing Kits, verify purchase access, troubleshoot technical or payment issues, prevent misuse, and maintain service security and functionality.

Data sharing

We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers supporting hosting, database functionality and payment processing, or disclosed when required by applicable law.

Data retention

Purchase and access records may be retained for operational, accounting, fraud-prevention and legal purposes. Retention periods may vary depending on the nature of the record and applicable requirements.
